Forklift Operator Safety Training
OSHA standards require all forklift operators to receive training and certification. This is the responsibility of the employer. Although OSHA doesn’t offer training or certifications, Safety First Consulting offers a convenient and low-cost OSHA compliant training with a proof of training certificate upon completion of the training course.

What, exactly, are OSHA’s Forklift Certification Requirements?

An “OSHA compliant forklift certification” entails:
- New operators must complete forklift training and become officially certified
- Certifications must be updated every three years with additional training programs
- Trainees may only operate forklifts under direct supervision of certified employees
- Anyone who trains and passes their evaluation must have proof of their certification
